Our competitions are designed to encourage pianists and musicians of all abilities and ages to perform, the competitive element is incidental to the Festival.
Competitions are expected to start at 10:00.

Please note all registrations and payments for the Camlin Keys Music Festival 2026 competitions must be submitted by the 07th June 2026.
Classes
A programme of two contrasting pieces, this can be one exam piece and include repertoire of an equivalent standard.
Participants can have completed or be working towards the Class RIAM Grade in 2026 or, if not working on Grades, will be allocated into a group appropriate to the level of the piece.

Competition Rules and Regulations
1. The application fees are non-refundable and must be paid within 2-days of initial registration and before the deadline of 07 June 2026.
2. To assist planning, all entrants must give an approximate duration of their performance at registration.
3. A change of the repertoire is possible before the 07 June 2026.
4. No appeal shall be possible against decisions by the Adjudicator or by the Festival Committee.
5. Please note that filming/photography will be taking place at the Camlin Keys Music Festival for promotional and archival purposes. The photographs and recordings are likely to appear in printed and/or electronic format. If you do not want to be photographed, please let the photographer or festival representatives know.
6. The Camlin Keys Music Festival – previously known as Camlin Keys Piano Festival – is the sole holder of the rights to all video or audio recordings and internet broadcasts in all stages of the Competition.
7. For reasons of competition planning the competitors are required to register at the allotted time.
8. All prize winners are expected to take part in the Winners Concert and to be present at the distribution of prizes. Should a prize winner not appear, they can lose the right to claim their prize; on such matters the Festival Committee shall decide.
9. All organisational decisions concerning the Competition remain the responsibility of the Festival Committee, who reserve the right to make all final decisions in the event of any misunderstanding.
10. By completing the online application form the participants declare that they approve the rules and regulations.
